Job 4 (Executive, Logistics)

Responsibilities:

-To monitor, track and analyze stock movement to maintain healthy stock level as well as ensuring sufficient stock for order fulfillment in line with company's target and DOS
-To work closely with CSD in ensuring the right parts/cons/third party item are ordered as per machine in field (MIF)
-To forecast submission for On-Demand Planning (OCP) and analyze of accuracy of submitted forecast numbers and actual
-To attend and ensure New Product parts/consumables/third party item are ordered and received timely as per launch date
-To prepare PO and closely follow up with supplier for delivery to FXM LSD
Co-ordinate inventory with products,phasing out old stock parts as older models are phased out
-Monitor the value of stock in hand,and where possible reduce the costs of stock by identifying and sourcing lower cost alternatives

Requirements:

-Candidate must posses at least Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management,Logistic/Transportation or equivalent
-At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
-Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
-Pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills
-Good sense if urgency and able to work under pressure
-Full-Time and Contract position available
